Yardi works hard to provide the best customer support in our industry. We achieve this by offering a unique blend of services that set us apart from the rest. Most significantly, unlimited live chat support is available to all Breeze and Breeze Premier experts. Response times average under 17 seconds, a claim we’re extremely proud to be able to make. Our support staff can answer any questions you might have between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday. (Afterhours chat requests will be picked up the next day via email.) We also offer free phone support while you’re getting set up. Breeze users can take advantage of 8 free hours of phone time, while Breeze Premier goes even further, offering 16 hours of phone support and a dedicated account manager for account setup. Yardi Breeze Pricing

Pricing for Yardi Breeze starts at just $1 per unit per month for residential properties and there is no minimum number of units that you must manage. A low minimum monthly charge of $100 per month for residential portfolios and $200 per month for commercial or mixed portfolios applies.

Pricing for Yardi Breeze Premier starts at $2 per unit per month and the monthly minimum for Breeze Premier is $400 per month. With no setup charges, you pay nothing upfront to begin. Yardi Breeze is billed monthly and is based on an annual agreement. Yardi Breeze Premier is billed annually.

Yardi Breeze This product serves its purpose, the features that we use make our lives so much easier. I like the ease of use the most, it is pretty easy to navigate. The tutorial videos are right at your fingertips, it made it easy for me to learn how to use the software without sitting down for a training. Customer service is quick to respond, and always helpful. Wish there were different features, if you do not have an account set up for the financial side you cant use all the features. The way our organization is designed we cannot have a separate account for this program. Other than that great product, Easier to use Yardi Voyager

Yardi Even when there is an issue the support staff is wonderful and always very helpful ease of use, very user friendly, basic "fill in the blanks" corrections can be a pain, would love an "undo" button

Yardi Breeze As an accountant, my overall experience has been pretty uneven. When I'm trying to make a journal entry or reconcile a bank account, I find myself wishing my client was using QuickBooks. But when I'm recording an inter-entity transaction or looking at CAM charges, I'm grateful for Yardi. I just hope there is a unit within Yardi that's focused on developing the accounting side of the Breeze software, because overall it really is not up to par with respect to the rest of the industry. Easy to list properties online for potential residents to find. Easy to set up online payment for residents. Customer support has been responsive and helpful. Some nice, innovative features on the property management side of the software. The accounting side of the software is pretty weak and clunky compared to competitors. There's no way to set up bank feeds, so cash reconciliations are 100% manual. The way banks are paired with GL accounts is convoluted and difficult to set up and understand. You can attach documents to payables and receivables (great!) but not to general journal entries (why not?). There is no way to customize basic financial reports in the way you would in software like QuickBooks. Customer support chat feature doesn't work with my company but other companies' chat features (e.g. Intuit) work just fine. Navigation is clunky - it often takes several clicks to get where you need to go. There is a "Favorites" feature that allows you to create your own list of frequently visited areas in the software, but that in and of itself is pretty clunky and confusing, and I shouldn't have to set up favorites in well-designed software. I've had weird errors here and there that customer service couldn't explain and that were solved using a silly workaround (such as removing a couple of lines from a journal entry and putting them into a separae entry). There is no way to "hard close" your books for a given period, so there is nothing stopping a user from posting transactions into a closed period, so if you're a company that needs to get an audit, don't use Yardi. Overall, the accounting side of this software feels like a beta test - it's pretty good, but it's not quite fully baked. It wasn't my call. My predecessor decided that the client would not be able to manage their numerous inter-entity transactions properly in QuickBooks. My opinion is that my predecessor didn't try hard enough, or didn't fully understand what QuickBooks could do. If I had been involved with this client from the beginning, and if I had known more about Yardi's clunky functionality ahead of time, I would have kept them on QuickBooks. QuickBooks Desktop Pro

Yardi Breeze I would highly recommend this product for streamlining the process and it is very efficient. I would highly recommend this product as it has all the bells and whistles you would need. It also has excellent customer service which is very important in this industry. I do not have any criticism of this software. As with all software, there is a learning curve but once you learn all the customization capabilities, it is very user friendly.

Great Price for this software I liked it a lot easy to setup and easy to use This was a great intro to the Yardi suite which also includes Voyager I currently would like to see if there are other language support for this software Price and east setup

User Friendly Software for Property Management Needs It is genuinely the most user-friendly software I've used. Almost everything is self-explanatory and if you not, the help section will easily guide you. Plus the chat feature is a lifesaver in getting an issue resolved quickly. There are some features that could be added, like the ability to add photos to a maintenance request, more specific reports on insurance, more customizable reports in general. Even with 8 years of Rent Manager experience, I still found Yardi to be more user friendly and efficient. The sophisticated features but the ease of use made it worth using. The Genesis software was outdated and Breeze was much easier to navigate. Rent Manager

Expand your business with Yardi Breeze During this pandemic, going virtual is absolutely essential. We are an essential business and we DID NOT SKIP A BEAT when we went into shelter in place orders. As owner of the property management business I am just incredibly thankful to have finished implementation just 4 months earlier. We really lucked out on the timing. The rent collection is most helpful feature. Reports are incredibly easy to send out to owners each month. The accounting system is extremely robust. I was able to get up and running pretty quickly. However I am still learning new features all the time. The implementation time was very long, over a year. However, my previous setup was not able to be imported (manual system) so I understand why. Nevertheless, I would not change anything. We are very happy to be in the cloud with Yardi Breeze. Flexibility with Yardi. Multiple clients had different management requirements. Flexibility with Yardi AppFolio Property Manager Quickbooks Online

Eagle Summit Properties LLC Yardi Advocacy I love being able to quickly post all accounting elements. Again, as one gets comfortable with all the functionality, it is so efficient. I also love how being on the cloud, allows one to share the files with CPAs or Lease Administrators etc. I have hardly had to travel to any professional's offices on most accounting issues pertaining my company. The Accounting Software for my company has been crucial. There were many parts with which to get acquainted but with the constant assistance of the Chat Widget it was incredibly incremental and learning was continual. It is like anything else one wants to master. Ten thousand dedicated hours will get you to Breeze through Breeze ;-). There were a few glitches. I encountered one with the Receivables where I could not see them and had to manually post unable to use the Future Monthly Charges. The team was diligent in solving the issue.
It was a bit intimidating to think that the data would be deleted.
I've knows about Yardi for a long time. I was intimidated to use it. It is hard for me to learn watching videos.
I am a kinesthetic learner. The Chat widget allowed me to execute the program guided by the associates and my mind captured the functionality with mor efficiency.
I don't know how the other programs tutor their members but Yardi has done a great job with this resource.
I have truly benefited from it.
Quick Books is not set up for the Real Estate Industry. It is mostly for Inventory. My previous accounting firm did a good job adapting QBO for the Real Estate accounting. The problem is that it ended there. QBO does not provide you with the ability to record Lease Terms. Reminders on Rent Escalations. ETC. Quickbooks Online
