What is aACE Software?
In 2002, the aACE Software founding team came together while developing a business software package that was robust yet appealing for one of midtown Manhattan’s premier creative agencies. As they expanded to create new tools for additional clients, the team organized as Avant Garde Information Solutions, LLC (dba aACE Software). They gradually crafted a compelling product, envisioned as a comprehensive, yet affordable ERP solution for small businesses. After 15 years of close collaboration with clients from many industries, that initial product has evolved into a software suite designed around the end-user. The aACE 5 suite is artisan software, which our clients describe as a delight to deploy and a pleasure to use. It is a comprehensive tool that seamlessly supports sales, operations, and accounting teams, yet is also flexible, affordable, and elegant. aACE clients have called our solution “the best in everything,” “a major improvement over QuickBooks,” and “a critical component to the success of our company’s future.” aACE offers a sleek and intuitive design that gives our clients a 360° view of their business in one easy-to-use, comprehensive package. This newest version of aACE is the culmination of over a decade of research and development, during which we worked closely with our clients to perfect a business management software tailored for the needs of SMEs. This customer-centered product evolution is visible in attention paid to details of navigation, searching, error messages, logging, and interface design. We’re constantly hearing from our clients that their day-to-day operations have improved since implementing aACE. We export paper, which has its unique accounting quirks. The aACE staff was the only vendor we spoke to that was willing to prove it could accommodate these needs. The other 6 vendors we spoke to all kept saying that their system could handle thousands of companies, and do so many things, but not what we specifically needed. I also felt from the start that aACE wanted us as a customer. They returned and still return phone calls and emails, 6 1/2 years later. As our staff has changed over the years, we have had no trouble teaching new people how to use the system. It reduced the time needed to enter an order from hours to minutes. All transactions are easy and quick to enter.

The aACE development and support staff are exceptional. They are very responsive and easy to work with, taking time to make sure they understand our needs and following through to make sure it all works as we want. This support really sets them apart from any other company we've worked with! We really enjoy working with aACE software and appreciate the flexibility of the program. Our company has many functions, membership, a magazine, a bookstore, and we run all of that using this one solution. Having all our customer's data in one place makes it so much easier for our customer service, sales and marketing teams. Their jobs much more streamlined and the sales team can even use aACE while they are one the road. aACE has also worked well with 3rd party software we run on the web and integrated our online store with the aACE program. We are very happy with the product and service we've received from the aACE team!

My company has been using FileMaker Pro for 10+ years. We typically would have a new system built every 3-5 years once the old system became obsolete. We heard about the aACE product in 2013 and we thought it would be a good fit for our company. Since implementing it in 2014, we have made many customizations and changes as our business needs have changed. The difference with aACE, is that we won't have to just toss out the product in 3-5 years and start all over, we can constantly customize and update the software to our needs - it grows with us. aACE has allowed our staff to become much more efficient in their daily tasks which has increased our capacity as a company overall. The customer service response to issues that come up is great as well.
