They keep saying I can't cancel because it's an annual commitment. I was only trying the software with the free trial. I tried it, I didn't like it, and I didn't cancel it on time, so they've been charging me month after month for a service I don't EVER use. Ethical companies don't do this. I am fine with them being non-refundable but like anything else, they should you know BEFORE you purchase credits. Very disappointed in this company. If a customer has already made use of their annual allowance we typically don't honour a refund request since that would allow them to use the service in full for the year without having paid for it. We've never received a request from anyone named Jennifer or from a company called Media so it's difficult to comment on this particular case. Monday, March 31, 2014 #12939 Meg from N/A Accredible is really user friendly, enormous collection of free online courses ranging in topic from computer programming to religious studies. It offers a course in just about anything you could imagine. I'm currently taking an Intro to Python (programming) course in my spare time.
