Overall our experience with AWH has been awesome. There is no server-related downtime and IT has been very responsive and helpful. The only downside of our free Wordpress hosting is we are forced to post reviews - like this one - in order to keep our service. This gets tricky when you only have one volunteer working your website but you also get what you pay for, so we just deal with it the best we can until we can afford a web developer and hosting plans.
