I've been using A2 for over 5 years now, and recommend it anytime someone asks me for a CRM solution! The functionality is complete without being complicated, customizable, and very affordable for our small business. But the most valuable part of AddressTwo is the one-on-one customer service. I'm not one to happily research answers -- I prefer to pick up the phone or shoot a quick text/email to an expert, and the AddressTwo welcomes those inquiries. I know I can count on an immediate response from my account manager, Troy. When we were ready to upgrade to the next version, the team held our hands thru every step. Same thing when I asked about improving open rates on marketing emails - they were right there with tips I hadn't considered, and they worked! Rather than being "one more step" in our sales process, AddressTwo is as much a part of our communication tool as email. If you're looking for an easy-to-use, fully functional CRM option, this needs to be in your consideration.
