I am a customer. If your are a doctor, do not use this company. They are horrible. I have been trying for an hour to register with them. I am now about to waste the time of staff.

If you’d like to work with the most unethical company on the planet; then AdvancedMD is it! Not only will you receive false answers to your questions prior to signing the contract, you will find a totally hands off organization where each person in line lies about the former. Literally the worst company I’ve ever worked with in 20 years of healthcare. Save yourself time and aggravation, find a reputable solution to aid you practice.

I used their software and billing company and the amount of mistakes is unbelievable. the biller said was a computer glitch. I involved 2 employees of Advanced Md and nothing changed. I contacted to CEO to be told she was sorry for my frustrations ( and lack of money coming in) and that I had to resolve the issues with the biller. I am still waiting for correct EOBS which again was blamed on all the computer glitches advanced md has. this mistake cost me thousands and there is no recourse :(

I am writing this based on my experience with RCM, if you want your practice to be 4, 5 or 6 months behind in billing, if you don't want anyone to collect on outstanding balances and if you want an over all incompetent billing team, then go forward with AdvancedMD RCM. Even the management is incompetent. No one in this department knows or understands billing. Please, do yourself a favor and DO NOT use AdvancedMD RCM, you're better off hiring an in house biller. I and another practitioner in my area had to hire an outside team to investigate their billing practices. We hired different auditors and they both came to the same conclusion, that our billing health was dire to say the least and we were better off suffering any consequences of terminating the contract with them than going forward with their low level billing services. One star is too generous for these rubes.

“ Neck” Advanced MD (their frontline sales representative ) can tell /state his story the way you like it to be.
The deal ends June 30, yet He reached me this morning July 6 th to talk to me into Advanced MD yet you hanged up his phone from his end shortly after he found out we will not be joining them.

Hope you will not hang up the phone again on other healthcare providers because if you hanged up in a nicely matter they can use your services in the near future.

Remember, you don’t always have to close a deal Mr. Neck.
I am so glad I got to see your other disrespectful face.

Advanced MD should have not chosen an amateur sales representative like yourself.

We are long time clients of AMD and use their services for multiple businesses, yet are treated rudely and unfairly by our support reps. Franke in particular is condescending and offers us no assistance, making it impossible to use the software. We signed on with them for a new account for a separate business and provided them all necessary information back in November, 5 month later and we still don't have the account active and can't get a response on how to move the project forward. AdvancedMD offers no kind of 'partnership' for your practice, they will simply take your money and leave you in the dark. I'm appalled and will never recommend the software to anyone in healthcare, it's a scam.

Horrible experience. My therapists, admin team and myself are completely over this company. Unmet needs, constant computer glitches, IT not helpful. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

This product was very difficult to use. However, our main complaint is that we went through all the channels to close our office and deactivate our account. We dealt with about 5 different people; each referring us to someone else. We did block our credit card; which that did try to charge after not taking care of closing us out. I went against my better judgment with I allowed this company to draw off the credit card each month. Many of these companies continue to try to get funds they aren't entitled to. Buyer beward.

We have been with Advanced MD for about 6 months now. Very frustrating. Unfortunately, there is no way to know about the issues until you are done with implementation, and realize how the experience is. I was warned that they tend to bait-and-switch you. And every time I would ask if the package I got was complete, I would be told "Yes, you got all the bells and whistles". Only to realize that there were other modules, that were not part of our package. The implementation time allotted to our practice was about a third of what we would have needed. Support usually means a prolonged wait. Disappointed in the product. Seems to have a lot of potential, which we have yet to experience.
