Wednesday, April 10, 2013 #7005 Grant from Specpan Alentus support is absolutely appalling. They are rarely available if at all, will not return call, and have no sense of urgency to assist in times of need. Which with them is quite often because of downtime. Their pricing is not competitive especially given the terrible support. They honestly don't seem to care about their customers. 1 of 2 people found this review helpful.
