Disappointed Customer from Company

Since Alpharacks has closed its door, we now received offers from "PSK Hosting" on a daily base. Seems they have simply changed their name.

We have had a Windows VPS with them. But it turned out that this VPS was generated from two year old image, which took two days to update. Even worse, it was infected with several malware. One was coinminer!
Of course they denied all and everything.
I am glad that we could get out during the 3-day refund period, but 12 months later Paypal again charged our CC. Oh yes, they have had forgotten to remove us from their customer list. Sure.

And now they seem to disguise as PSK Hosting.

SCAM avoid it at all cost... their server is down for a month and they don't even bother to reply to their customers.

27 VPS with them and has been down for more than 2 weeks. No sign up to come backup. No refund, no replacement VPS. It is a joke.

Alpharacks is scammers. Absolutely fraudulent service. Servers are down more than 2 weeks. Tech support responds with replies compiled more than 5 years ago (at least the copypaste text is appears here or there on the forums in ancient topics).

It is a nightmare with AlphaRacks. It has been down for 2 weeks and there is still no sign to come back up. I guess there are totally out of business now.

Alpha Racks has been no help in getting our servers back up and running due to their "outage." NFP was great until they were bought by this joke of a company. I would not trust any review over 2 stars from 05/16/19 to today because currently most servers from them are down.
