Years of great service with woot then they were bought by alpha, and alpha immediately kills a server that's been near 100% for over two years. They even killed ssh so I can't fix their clown show. They want me to plain text possible passwords to them....avoid at all costs!

Absolutely terrible and, for practical purposes, nonexistent support. Server has been down and unreachable for days due to their configuration changes and even after many email pleadings by me (no other way to contact them) they have pretty much ignored me. I would not be so furious if it wasn't for the fact that I spent many weeks worth of work on this server only for it to be taken away from me with no warning whatsoever. I prepaid for 3 years and barely 3-4 months into it I am fighting over basic service. But it's not even a fight, all I can do is send emails with no responses. If you value your time and health/frustration you will stay far away from this company.

I had a terrible experience WITH ANOTHER provider and Alpharacks saved the day, with a very seamless and straight-forward migration with excellent customer support. They also provide true personal touch on the sales side. I could not be more thankful and grateful for choosing them as our new hosting provider. My wife owns a construction company and we use these servers for physical drawings (storage). Uptime is critical to us.
