I am one of the administrators of a home health start up company. After reviewing many different plans from a variety of companies, we found AnswerConnect to be the best choice for us and I am so grateful we did.

They have been extremely responsive and helpful. The set up process was lengthy (which is a good thing!) and thorough as to ensure that every base was covered and every caller could be helped for the various reasons they would be calling.

The very few issues that we have had in the last month have been addressed promptly and professionally.

Specifically, our account manager, Tabby, truly has been a pleasure to work with. From her initial training to her follow-up check in calls, she has consistently been kind, patient, helpful, and hardworking. She has become an asset to our company and we look forward to getting to work with her and AnswerConnect more in the future.
