Planning routes is very efficient using this platform as it allows us to track the jobs that have been completed or when they are scheduled. ArboStar allows me to be able to schedule things in multiple ways for different applications. Searching for a customer is really easy as well. The daily function of entering orders is so easy and convenient that our in store customers don't have a long wait time for me to create the order. There is not anything I do not like about this software.

ArboStar has been able to help our tree care business eliminate many repetitive tasks from the initial contact with customers to the final billing phase. Everything is input in one software and progresses effortlessly. We no longer use multiple softwares, no more inputting the same thing over and over. The initial setup and getting used to the software looks very daunting. But with the help of the setup team, it’s not as difficult as it may first appear. ArboStar has helped to eliminate the repetitive tasks in our business process and provided more time to focus on important aspects

Before ArboStar we were using an outdated program that was very limited and didn’t meet up to our day to day tasks as a tree care company. With ArboStar, we can customize the platform to fit our everyday needs and gives us options we never even dreamed of using. The amount of options at hand is abundant. It’s so nice not to be limited when scheduling customers and creating their profiles. It cuts out time in half if not more being able to customize our program to fit our needs. It’s been about a month now using the program and couldn’t be happier.

Arbostar has greatly streamlined our processes. This very intuitive software has all the tools a tree care business needs. From client creation to estimation, from scheduling to analyzing, from creating a work order to invoicing: all in one place. It also helps with communication: the built-in private messenger allows our field workers and office staff to stay connected. The work of our field staff has been greatly simplified due to the Mobile app. It syncs perfectly with the system and now they have all the information they need at their fingertips in the field. Our estimators are also fond of the app, as now they have gone completely paperless. They create estimates right from the field and send it to the clients in no time using the app. Arbostar is also highly flexible. They don’t force a company to work a certain way. Instead, they make it so you can configure it to your needs. For instance, if we only want to send certain notifications during certain statuses of the job, we can easily do that. Also, need to mention that their staff is always willing to help with any problem you may encounter. Each time we had a question, we were able to work with their support staff and solved our problems in no time.Based on our experience so far, I would recommend Arbostar with no hesitations. I recommend giving them a shot and at least booking a demo with them.

ArboStar program features, for the most part, allows us to do what we need to do to serve our customers well. From an office perspective, I love how easy it is to use the calendar for scheduling, billing, and for being able to assign tasks to not only the crew but also for myself. I love it that the customer can click to accept proposals so that we don't have to deal with so much paper. It's great to be able to put notes for the crew so that they can see information they need. Integration with QuickBooks was a must, as well. Ease of use: The other software program we were using was difficult to navigate. Our employees don't want to spend half of their time in frustration trying to navigate a complicated program, and neither do I. Between the two programs, the difference was that the other one was very PC/programmer/system heavy while ArboStar is more visual/intuitive in scope.

The inventory management features need some improvements to better fit our needs. Since we deal with internal equipment transfers it would be nice to create a more seemless process.

Arbostar software is very user-friendly. It is almost self-explanatory. It is very well thought and well implemented. It truly saves us loads of time in all our day to day tasks. What I like most about the system is that it makes it so easy to follow the logical tread of actions: from adding the client in the system to creating appointments and tasks, from making estimates and sending them to the clients to issuing invoices and adding the payments in the system. What I also like is that If you make a mistake or miss a detail, the system helps you to correct it. Due to this software, the team knows exactly what has been done and now what should be further done. The ability to program messages and e-mails as well as the templates that you can automatically send from the system is a time saver. The analytics the system provides is also very handy: checking them from time to time makes us have a better view of our current business situation and gives us some ideas on what we can do. Besides the web version, there also is an app. It is especially great for the estimators and field workers due to its simplicity and speed. Even those employees that are not tech-savvy, learn how to operate the system pretty swiftly. The app also offers a built-in messenger that makes it so easy to communicate with the team. The estimators especially favor the app, as they can create estimates and send them right from the app from anywhere they are. It helps to provide a quick and efficient service for the clients.Apart from the software, what is also important is that the Arbostar team is very eager to help during the whole process: from demo presentation to on-boarding process, from reviewing client's business needs and implementing them in the software. We are happy with this software, as it helps us to be more efficient, effective, and in control of the situation.

My experience with ArboStar has been amazing. Our company has grown at around 20% each year, and ArboStar systems have given us the capacity to grow without losing the quality of service. People frequently asked how we can manage our company successfully with only one office employee. We point them to ArboStar. It is not just the project manager's favourite software. The crew leaders, managers and owners all remark on how much they love ArboStar’s functionality. There are so many things I enjoy about ArboStar and it is hard to name just one. ArboStar listens to customers. I have witnessed some of my suggestions become a reality. I love the tasks module where you can keep track of all your tasks. It even gives you a live view of the tasks on the map. This is an invaluable feature in this day & age.
