We are so happy we made the choice to go with Arbostar. It is an excellent 10 out of 10 software for us. Arbostar is easy and intuitive to use. It helps us organize daily operations smoothly and has made our daily job easier. It helps with everything: from creating a customer profile, estimating, creating workorders, scheduling to invoicing. We use it constantly both in and out of the office. It helps us to stay connected. Now we are ahead of the game. The system has seamless workflow capabilities. It is so intuitive that we managed to learn how to use it pretty fast. The Arbostar team was a great help in the process of learning and still is. Arbostar is a great software that all tree care companies need. I highly recommend them.

I often use it to send professional reminders related to work or congratulatory messages to our customers to keep them engaged. Arbostar is a highly flexible software that offers all the tools my tree care business needs. The software is pretty easy to use especially after the team had detailed training with Arbostar staff. The training covered our questions, but after that any time we had any questions, they were quick to help with everything. Our daily work is done through Arbostar. We use it for nearly all, if not all our operations, be that CRM, estimation, invoicing, business analysis, etc. We have become much more productive with this software. It has also helped with communication between staff members in and out of the office. Another important thing for me is that my data is secure and I can export all my data at any point I want. Arbostar has become an essential part of my business. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Arbostar with no hesitations to anyone in the tree care industry.

+ I love that it handles scheduling, integrates with QuickBooks, and is available to estimators out in the field, and generally makes it very easy for us to stay on top of each stage of a job and each interaction with our customers. The reporting functions of the software are fantastic! It's very helpful to know the dollar amounts of scheduled work. Creating estimates is very easy and smooth. - I would say my least favourite thing about this platform is the learning curve. Because it is a niche software that is designed for arborists, there is no way around having to spend lots of time learning how to use it. However, once you are familiar with it, you will not ever want to go back! The platform is very professional, customer-oriented, good organization, less headache dealing with various aspects of a job.
