Client Success
Arreva has a Client Success Team to ensure that all of our Clients are “Happy, Healthy, and Successful”. This is a free service that is included in your contract. Your Client Success Manager is your advocate within the Arreva Team and will be dedicated to ensuring that your objectives are met and that any feedback you have is heard and acted upon.
Your Client Success Manager will reach out regularly to schedule check-in calls. The goal of these calls is to gauge your progress in learning and using the software, as well as an opportunity for you to provide us with feedback that can be used to improve the software and Arreva as a whole.
Technical Support
The focus of Arreva support services is on you, with the mission of helping you maximize your productive use of Arreva Software products. We're committed to providing you with exemplary support every step of the way. Technical issues with your software can end up costing you much more than what you paid for the actual software in a very short time. The Client Support Center provides authorized users with immediate and essential knowledge for installing, implementing, customizing, and using Arreva products. In addition the support center provides a searchable knowledge base (including frequently asked questions), software updates and a user forum.
