I'm a user of Asphostportal's webhosting service. I'm very satisfied with them for the following reasons: - Affordable price. The price is quite reasonable ($6 per month) with unlimited domains, unlimited email accounts, and also free SSL. - Quick customer service response. I have opened multiple tickets and they responded within one or two hours. - More technical options than other hosts. I can choose different versions of .NET, turn on or off some specific modules which many other hosts do not offer.

I have been in so many web hosting company. And since 2013, only in Asphostportla where I have stick longer than I expected. I have monitored several websites that are hosted in different web hosting companies and only in Interserver that I never encountered a problem and I have never experience a single down time! And was surprised with their service especially at the time there was a big hurricane in their data center - was expecting my site to be down but it never happened even a single second. And the customer service support is superb and very helpful. What's not to like?

It starts from the basic like securing your website using Let's Encrypt and it is easy to setup Let's Encrypt through their control panel. 2. All that I can say: It's The Best Customer Support I've ever experienced! After reading some reviews about Asphostportal in Mar 2017, I then decided to sign up with them. I signed up for a shared hosting account and chose and paid the half-yearly subscription. In the beginning I had some minor issues setting up add-on domains and SSL for those domains. BTW, their SSL is free for all your domains hosted in the shared hosting account. I just contacted them and in a matter of minutes, I was sorted out. Their dashboard might not be as fancy as the other big hosting companies that I used in the past, but their customer service and friendly customer support was excellent! I'm very happy and am looking to stay a customer for a long time.

Being able to resolve this way beyond my technical capability, so I knew I was able to count on Asphostportal's support team to help me out. We migrated to Asphostportal around 2 years ago from another provider that we had been with for 7 years or so. The company that we moved from did a good job but they were also 3 times more expensive for a solution less robust that the one we have now at Asphostportal. So far the overall expensive has been good. Their services seem to be a good value compared to other top tier providers.
