ASPnix is far suprerior, they solve problems and on an extremely timely manner. When I have a problem, their technicians get information which I can give them and determine what the problem is and fix it for me, while in most cases, you are in an IM session. Recommend this host for Linux and Windows hosting solutions.

Well, ASPnix is a Windows hosting provider who offers very cheap prices all around, for more web space and bandwidth than most other hosters can claim to provide. I also like their suggestion system. If they have enough votes for a certain product they will consider adding it. I haven't had to use customer service very often but I always get a reply. It used to be slower but now I receive replies sometimes within minutes.

I signed up 6 months ago and it has been a smooth ride ever since. I am on their cloud VPS service and I have no complaints. The server is powerful, stable, and the network seems to be very fast. Was having a hard time trying to find a new host, but cottoned on to aspnix via word of mouth and the overclockers forums. On the surface they're pretty standard fare, but what doesn't show until you join is the level of support: The availability and support from aspnix is just stunning; I've sent e-mails at really evil times (Midnight. On a Weekend :O) and still gotten a reply literally a few minutes later!
