autotext.me was founded and created by Chris Cloutier of Golden Rule Auto Care. As a shop owner, he realized a large gap in communication with his customers. The world sends texts...shops don't. Chris spent months searching for a product that would fulfill this void in the industry, but none lived up to his expectations. Using his 20+ years of software engineering experience, Chris designed a tool to keep his customers informed.
