We are a long time user of AvidXchange. I really like their invoice routing system. It has improved our routing and tracking of invoices - no more invoices lost on someone's desk and having access to all invoices with search criteria is great and also a big time saver. I'm scoring them low now because of two things. We tried their bill paying and it was more than frustrating. This is just a scheme for them to use your money for 60 plus days. Your vendors don't get paid on time and they contact your vendor directly and don't care about your relationship. We asked them on multiple occasions to not do that and to pay our vendors in the manner they suggested. We had several of our vendors tell us they were being "strong armed". Most recently they finally released an upgrade to the UI that we were promised for over 2 years. That new release has come with nothing but problems - it doesn't work, basic features don't function properly, and the system is unavailable for very long periods of time. We never get return phone calls and I've asked multiple times for a manager or someone of authority to talk with me about the issues we are having and no one has returned my phone calls for over a month now. We used to have a dedicated account rep, but, no longer. I don't think they want to hear the feedback. I would shy away from AvidXchange - they don't seem to care about the quality of their product or customer retention any longer.
