We use BaseBear for repair activities, we organize the activities that every technical operator must perform. With the calendar view, we always have everything under control. I think the strength of BaseBear is the ability to customize the database, so I can choose what data I need for my work.

We have been using it for many years and can only recommend it.

I tried different online database software and I must say that BaseBear is the only which has a feature to set advanced access permissions. I find it very useful. I can show only a few tables to a user, set editing permissions on fields and set editing permissions only on partial records.

That's great!

The ads say no programming necessary. Well maybe programming isn't necessary but a bit of basic "how to" is. For example, how about defining some terms (table, filtered table, column). How about some pointers to how to link tables? How to enter data, how to set up credentials, how to make some data publicly searchable and viewable. Maybe if you live with this day and night you already know that stuff. Maybe if your building databases all the time you can figure it out. For anyone else its going to be a time waster. Has been for me!
