Brilliant Service - way beyond the call of duty. Some time ago, I had reason of move one of the websites I look after to a new hosting. Birch Hosting responded to my queries in minutes when the other host took days. I've just transferred a largish WordPress site. Not being a WordPress expert, I was struggling. Greg phoned me to talk through the options, then volunteered to move the site, which involved editing the database to cope with the temporary URLs before the nameservers were changed, then editing it all back again after. That was far more than I could ever reasonably expect - it went way beyond the call of duty. I can thoroughly recommend Birch Hosting.
