Your Client Success Team will thoughtfully guide you through creating your Bonfyre ecosystem, answering questions and uncovering insights to ensure your Bonfyre communities are designed, developed and performing successfully according to the metrics we identify together.

The Client Success Team is made of up account directors, managers, and activation specialists with special skills in strategy, project management, data analysis and insights, and training and development.

Our processes ensure successful adoption and integration of Bonfyre as well as continued success:

  • Onboard: Meet your Client Success Team who will arm you with the appropriate resources and training to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Strategize: A facilitated series of meetings with leaders and internal stakeholders to understand your goals and objectives, and develop a strategy to achieve them.
  • Build: Gather your team and build your communities, corresponding content plans, timelines, activation plans, and any necessary supporting materials.
  • Engage: Launch your Bonfyre communities. Onboard and engage employees utilizing the activation plan and content plans we built together.
  • Measure: In addition to the real-time metrics available on the Dashboard, we provide regular reports with additional insights to help inform strategic decisions and optimize your Bonfyre communities for maximum impact.
