Similar experience to other users. Have been trying to cancel my accounts for several weeks (3 to be exact). The website stated to contact Boostgram via email to cancel an account. I did exactly that and they've strung me along for 3 weeks of continued billing while I've tried to cancel my accounts. After 3 weeks of cancellation requests, they actually responded with..."What is the problem specifically that you're having?"...as if it was the first time hearing from me. F- in customer service. Given Instagram's recent changes, I'm sure they're next on Instagram's radar for shut down.

I tried to unsubscribe and coudn't figure out how so I sent an email the day before my month was up and told them I would like to unsubscribe and do not know how but do not wish to be charged again and they charged!!! Then were EXTREMELY rude when I asked for a refund and I had to fight with them for a month over it until they finally refunded.

“Boostgram is an unethical firm. I tried to unsubscribe months…”
Boostgram is an unethical firm. I tried to unsubscribe months ago, they claimed to have no record, and continued to charge me. Additionally, they purposely hide the unsubscribe URLS from their main U/I so it is extremely difficult to cancel your subscription. Then, when I sent a follow-up email, my client rep Grace pointed me to their FAQ where they "clearly state you must email in order for a rep to send an unsubscribe URL". What a HOAX! Boostgram also gets your account flagged by Facebook for unnatural behaviour and reduces your reach and engagement per post. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I still haven't received a refund for their horrible service. This is my first time giving a review of any service, but I don't want other users to experience the same. Do yourself a favor... move on without them.
