We've been with Bytehouse for a few years now and I have to say that their customer support is excellent. Whenever there has been a problem I have always been able to get hold of Nick and Martin instantly and they've been very helpful when trying to track down issues. Recently one of my Expression Engine websites became compromised due to a security bug in EE. Martin and Nick helped me find the cause of the problem and then upgraded PHP on my VPS to allow me to update EE to the latest version. I was delighted. I'm also very grateful for the reminder emails I get when my domain names are about to expire. Fantastic service from a friendly company that really cares about its users. I'd highly recommend them!
