We switched from Avaya to CallTower in 2020 and it was the best choice we could have made. CallTower's Teams Direct Routing does in-country dialing in all locations. Recently we got their one-click failover option and when Microsoft went down, with the click of a button all of our numbers were re-routed. We never missed a beat. The CallTower support team is easy to get in touch with and helps solve any issues quickly. Our global offices all work like we are within the same building collaborating on Teams. We couldn't be happier.

I’ve seen many negative reviews of this company. Add mine to those who are dissatisfied with CallTower. I have been tying to CANCEL this service for many months as the company utilizing CallTower services is no longer in service. I’ve sent many requests for cancellation of service. In one e-mail they responded if i wanted to port any of the lines to another service and I simply replied “no.” Eventually when I spoke and e-mailed back to them they said the didn’t understand what my response “No” meant. One excuse after another. Once I canceled the credit card for the account they were somehow able to “hack” into the the subaccount of my wife and charge that account. What word do i use? Unethical? I have not used Call Tower for many months (I moved out of my office space last year) and they continue to bill me.

Terrible company and very crooked. They cancel commission agreements and will steal an MSP's clientele. I would stay far away from Call Tower.

To Jim - CallTower understands there was some displeasure on your part with our partner agreement. As your organization did not comply with the agreement, the agreement is being enforced properly and as outlined - as any business venture would in this situation. CallTower is great because it lets me connect my business to many different communication services. You dont get just the typical phone service, but you also get easy to use conference programs, great support if you ever need help, wonderful cloud services, and much more. This lets me connect my business and interact with many other business with ease. And even better, THIS STUFF IS CHEAP!!! Not expensive at all for how much you get. All good business must get CallTower!!!
