Pros: Has many perks that make my job easier including zip 4 and NPI database. Very easy to loop up existing appointment for patients as well

Cons: Waiting for a users conference. Also only using PM side of system as we use a different EHR system that is Dermatology focused

Pros: I really like that this system is user friendly. It's easy to navigate through and like that you can upload document to it.

Cons: When starting up the system it takes a while to come up. And if your computer does not have adobe flash, it will not work.

Comments: The Service and Support is top notch. Customer Care stays on an issue until it is resolved, and resolved timely.

Pros: Care Cloud is very intuitive and easy to use. It is fast and efficient. I can data mine and get reports that best help me manage.

Cons: I would like more front end "Scrubbers" that help make sure claims are complete and correct before they go out.

'An EMR disguised as an App'

Pros: CareCloud functions like any old app you may find on your smartphone. The set up is very intuitive and you know where to click to go find things. It is also web based so easy to access from wherever you may be!

Cons: CareCloud is, at it's root, still an EMR and has the hiccups that we see in all of them. There are glitches and problems, but the support team is amazing and has helped us through them all.

Overall: EMR without the strings!

Pros: CareCloud offers a VERY user-friendly platform with a lot of functions. It was great to use this software for a large group of 10 providers.

Cons: Customer support could be difficult at times, but CareCloud works hard to provide larger clients with a representative that can touch base personally and more frequently.

Comments: The staff are always very nice, and helpful. The software again is easy, quick, and enjoyable.

Pros: The software is fast, and easy. I make sure that I have all the information that is needed to add a new patient, enter charges, or post money. It takes less time to enter all your information if you have all the information correct the first time.

Cons: Maybe running A/R reports. Sometimes I do not know if the report is pulling up all the information of not.
