As title says, this is worst hosting I ever been on. I am a member of CaVPSHosting since May 19, servers stop responding like once or twice a month for a whole day on business hours or even 3 days on weekends. If you go to Client's Control Panel and click on a Network Status.. all servers are RED and shut down or not accessible, the title says.. guess what? "No network problems".

Since I signed up I had to re-arm Windows license every now and then since there were none on my paid VPS(!)

The 24/7 support is a joke. If you submit a ticket with a question when your VPS will be accessible again you'll hear no word in days and then support reply "everything is fine". Yeah, they fix and only then reply.

Strongly advise not to deal with them. Worst cheap hosting ever.

This company is awful! They are cheating people. I have ordered vps and paid for it. The service was not provided for 2 days and their was no reply from this website. I have contacted PayPal and police to get a refund. AWFUL SERVICE!!!

Terrible terrible terrible wish I had read reviews before singing on. 24 hours I have been waiting for a simple windows 10 server every time being told two hours and it will be ready. Service on the website chat is slow t best resulting in getting cut off most off the time. So so annoyed at them that I will forgo my 25usd payment and never use them again. Please be warned would want anyone else having the these issues

I needed a Canadian VPS and I got one that was not from OVH which was our requirement.
I also thought the are resellers but turns out they have equipment collocated in some of their locations.
I would recommend them for sure.

My issue may be different from others but my issue is why I found CaVPS. I was just tired of companies having hidden fees. The majority of the companies I have dealt with all had an issue with bandwidth usage and kept on shutting down our servers.
Now, we don't need to worry about Bandwidth because the price you see is what you pay at CaVPS. There are no hidden fees, no B***S**T. I love it because that was my main problem and they helped me.

Horrible service! I think they work as resellers, support reply extra slow. I can't connect to my new server and support can't resolve this issue more then 9 hours already. Guys stay away from this service!

Stay away from this terrible service. After making the payment it took them more than 4 hours to manually check and activate my server, which was resold from another company (they never mentioned they were reselling) which isn't the biggest issue. They delivered a server with a significantly slower network speed (60Mbps instead of 1Gbps), once I rebuilt my server on a different OS it never came back online, even tho the cpanel shows it as being online. I'm here with my subscription expiring day after day because nothing is done. I asked for a refund of the same amount I paid with fees included to save them a few bucks and still no answer. Stay away from these SCAMMERS.
