“I am using there dedicated server from last 5 months…”
I am using there dedicated server from last 5 months and they provided me IP which all are blacklisted from gmail,outlook and other providers due to which you can't even host a website and send a email to anyone. If i raise ticket to resolve they said use another ip even some of there ip's are blacklisted in cpanel. my server went offline 4-10hours randomly for no reason and they don't even give any explanations why that happen. i am currently writing review but still my server is down from last 4 hours and they are not even replying in live chat idk what that features is there in there website. they are 2 slow to delivery also overall that company sux never waste your dime on them

“Worst company ever, so i ordered their RDP VPS 2…”
Worst company ever, so i ordered their RDP VPS 2 i paid through Paypal i log into their site and my surprise when i see that their stupid system didn't register my payment so my product is not active because i need to pay, even though i already been charged at Paypal, I opened a ticket hours ago which hasn't been answer yet, so i go to their live chat to only receive an unwilling response that my payment hasn't been completed, i say unwilling because all my following questions were ignored by Sasha from customer service. Until this guy Marlon responded when i opened a new chat he said my issue would be sorted out in a few minutes, been waiting the whole day to get this resolved. I will open a dispute at Paypal it's only 14 bucks but i hate it when garbage services waste my time, so lesson learned make your due diligence and search only for quality over cheap scam websites that promise great support and service but they only want your money and for you to shut up and take it. I don't think i have been harsh on my review in fact i give good feedback when i feel it's deserved but this site just worst decision i've made in a long time, i am willing to bet i am sure all these fake reviews praising their service were made by them to fool you into buying their crappy ''SERVICE''

I prefer to deal with CaVPS Host as they have satisfied all our needs and has always helped us resolve all issues including ftp setup and automated backups.
