Hello Richard - Today Ryan took me on a tour through Weebly's features and functionality. While I am a comfortable user of various design packages and felt no anxiety with the software (LOVE IT) I can understand how some may find web-editing duties overwhelming and/or frustrating. As Ryan was taking me on a Weebly test drive I kept thinking how comforting his teaching style must be to those who are unfamiliar with or leery of such tools. I leave each interaction with Ryan happier than I was when I entered - so thank you for having such a kind and talented person on your team. He is an adept communicator and most important genuine. Ryan has the rare ability to tailor his communications to his audience in a way that just works. Our administrative assistant is always delighted when Ryan is the one who responds to her help desk requests and has on numerous occasions commented on his kind and helpful nature. This is not the first time I've shared compliments with you about Ryan and I'm certain the future holds more positive feedback - but I couldn't let myself leave the office without sharing my appreciation. I would like to send Ryan a personal note of thanks - I assume he'll receive it if I mail it to the same address we send our payments? Finally thank you for investing in transitioning your clients to the Weebly platform - it is incredible and a breath of fresh air.
