Had a ubuntu server with them. Used to host a non-controversial company website, a screen printing business. The server was deleted for no reason, Credit card was valid and withdraws still being made by Chunkhost, even without an active server. Tried contacting them, no reply. Zero customer service. Twitter is even ignored. It's been over a year trying to get a refund and ZERO replies. Stay far away from this hosting service.

Way to waste your time and money. I spent several days setting up the production environment for one of our microservices. The last step was to update the reverse DNS for the IP address assigned to our VPS by Chunkhost. The reverse DNS is absolutely crucial for this applications. Even though Chunkhost has a very simple web tool for "configuring" the reverse DNS for your VPN, the hostname you enter there never makes it to their DNS servers. It's been months! I emailed them several times, tried to call them and even tried contacting the owners on social media. No response! Days of my work wasted, months of waiting and a really "bad taste in my mouth"! I feel scammed! There are a couple of people on LinkedIn who proudly state that they are operating partners in Chunkhost, but they act like common scammers when it comes to giving their customers what they paid for. Beware!

Bad experience from research (51 -100 Employees )

No customer service at all. Paid for a chunk and no email was ever received about the root access, and cannot manage the chunk in their webpage. Nobody ever responded after sending emails to their customer service. Charged your money but provided no service. It is a scam. Avoid it!

This VPS has a small range of useful features. DNS and mail are functional. Lots of VPS OS options as well, though they appear to be outdated (ie: Ubuntu 18.04). The issue you will have from day one is customer service. No one answers support or billing emails and the only way to contact them is by email. You are literally on your own from the time you signup until you destroy the VPS. In my experience, if the VPS or the account gets corrupted it's lost, yet they will happily keep billing you, even though there is no person to fix the issue. There are no refunds either, even though they clearly say there is on their website.
