This software is helpful when it comes to remote monitoring my staff. I often go to business trips and use this soft to track what’s going on in the office while I’m absent. The software has smart time-control system which helps me identify latecomers and slackers. Further, it records any kind of computer activity, including keystrokes, clipboard events, chats and messages on the most popular social apps, visited websites, used removable drivers and printers and many more. For security purposes the software records all computer screens. I installed the soft 2 years ago and I’m pretty sure I’ll use it further.

After a lot of research and testing other products, I realized that CleverControl is by far the best soft I have used. It allows remote monitoring of all computers activity from one device. I use the program to monitor 32 computers, the data comes on time to my online account. There are many features such as time control, keylogger, urls control and so on. I'll rate it 5 stars.

Overall: The program is quite easy to install and use. I installed to test for free for a couple of weeks and then purchased because it had everything I needed. The price is not bad it was appropriate for my small company.

Pros: Very convenient activity graphs, which is called Dashboard in the online account. I can see most used applications for each employee or all across the office. Website blocking. No need to buy or install separate web-filters on computers to stop people from using social networks or shopping websites. Time tracking. For each employee I can see full working day activity, when they were late or out of the office for too long.

Cons: The program cannot send reports to email, only online.

In the last couple of months almost all of my staff started to come in late, so I finally decided to get a monitoring program for my office to boost up the productivity a little. As a small business owner, for me the cost is the priority, that's why I decided to try free programs first, and then maybe get a paid one. In addition, I am not very 'computer savvy'. I found CleverControl to be very simple and very inexpensive to use. I can check on my employees in the office even remotely from my home, which is a big advantage. Also the program is very useful - the very moment I announced that we will have this kind of system installed, the discipline went right up. With all the features, that are included in the free version, I found out that a lot of working time my employees spent on personal business, like visiting YouTube or Facebook, while also managing to do their work well.
