I called about an issue, because I couldn't get on the cloud and as soon as I was telling the rep what was the problem, they said they knew exactly what it was. So, they resolved the issue by putting the 2.0 program on my computer, and then I was able to continue with my work. I appreciate the knowledge of the rep. Didn't take very long at all to figure out what the problem was.
