“We have used Cloudspace for a couple of years but…”
We have used Cloudspace for a couple of years but are now going to move to a different supplier. The payments are supposed to be automatic but they have a problem with their systems where it does not collect the money and suspends the server, which costs valuable time and money. This has happened three times despite reassurances that they would make sure it does not. Unfortunately that is too many times so we are busy looking for a new supplier.

The things I was looking for was UK based and hosted, high uptime and easy to expand in the future. BigFatCloud covered this and not only did they help us move over, they also showed us how we could scale out cloud through their easy to use online control panel.
