Monday, November 4, 2019 Verified Review #74259 Alex Kazlou from p2klabs (26 - 50 Employees) It seems like a good product at first, but it is extremely unreliable. It times out, freezes, and quits on you for no reason and at any time. Please don't use it if you need a reliable system or for anything critical. This is a poorly managed platform, you will regret it. Try to find their support form and/or email after you register lol. I challenge you. I had to google for it, just to give you an idea. There is NO SERVICE. They will send you an automated email saying the "ticket" is being reviewed. It's NOT being reviewed and you'll be very disappointed and never hear from anyone again. Just to give you an idea, all of our company's projects froze, completely incapacitating our project work. Not for a few minutes or hours.. it's been three days already! We had to pull and recreate every project from GitHub and reinstall the plugins and libraries to be able to work. CodeAnywhere had cost us thousands of dollars in revenue, some very upset customers, and days of lost productivity. Unless you have a small, personal project you don't care about, don't use CodeAnywhere for anything that can impact your business, because it will. Hope this helps someone... actually, I'd hope someone had warned me of this company before I signed up and put trust in their system. Regretting it dearly now. Don't make the same mistake. Wednesday, October 2, 2019 Verified Review #73083 Peter Kelley from The Citadel Group Response to support requests is glacial to say the least. I was going to recommend them for company wide use but with this customer service I'm looking elsewhere. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you find this review helpful?

Tuesday, October 30, 2018 #63082 Derek from Derek's Coding The platform itself is decent. However, their support is non-existant. If you encounter a bug, you can expect to wait DAYS before they give you even an automated response. If they would just respond to tickets, I would give them a 5 star review. 2 of 2 people found this review helpful. Wednesday, January 17, 2018 Verified Review #56723 Nouru Muneza from GeeksforGeeks Code anywhere is good. But the last few days it's been getting stupid. My container has not worked for 3 days now. I keep my code here, and it's trapped. It takes years to handshake. I can't even do any work now. Time to move to IDEs 4 of 5 people found this review helpful. Did you find this review helpful?
