What is ConSol?

ConSol Consulting & Solutions Software GmbH is a Munich IT full service provider. The range of solutions offered by the IT service provider founded in 1984 specializing in complex IT systems includes consulting, development, integration, monitoring and testing, as well as operation and maintenance. In addition, with ConSol CM, the company sells a platform for the digitization of business processes that combines extensive BPM, CRM and case management functions.

ConSol CM is an in-house development "Made in Germany" and combines more than 20 years of experience from our customer projects and has been continuously improved and expanded. With ConSol CM we offer you a flexible solution for digitizing your business processes. The most common areas of application are IT support and IT helpdesk as well as complaint management and customer service. ConSol CM grows with your requirements and can be expanded to other internal and external processes.

ConSol's customers include large companies such as AOK Bayern, Daimler, Fraport, FWU, Kyocera, Swiss-Life or UniCredit, as well as medium-sized companies such as M-net, maxdome or Haribo. Public institutions such as the Federal Republic of Germany - Finance Agency or the city administrations of Munich and Potsdam also rely on solutions from ConSol.

ConSol currently employs around 280 people worldwide. The company, headquartered in Munich, has its own branch in Düsseldorf, as well as subsidiaries in Austria, Poland, the USA and Dubai. The turnover of the entire ConSol Group was around 28.1 million euros in the 2018/2019 financial year.

The system is very clear and user-friendly. It can be used very quickly by new users with little instruction, especially due to the workflow activities that guide through the process. The integration with other systems (e.g. SAP) works perfectly. The system is very easy to adapt to customer needs. A wide variety of processes can be mapped. The system is very versatile.
