Was not compatible with click Funnels and 3 months later my naked domain does still not work and people cannot find my site, despite going through the help desk often. Have ended up going with another domain server because of problems. I?m not that good with computer stuff anyway and crazy domains just seemed pretty complicated and not straight forward

The customer care is excellent, but the website issues from the carrier is not. Its happened twice now and lost valuable potential customers.

Just some feedback Email Hosting via cPanel Issues: You keep changing your Host Servers (3 times now for some in last couple of years and those that managed their DNS Records externally have several changes to make. - No method of backing up email boxes as they are not contained within clients Email Hosting cPanel. Thats a big issue for some. - No method of setting mail.domainname.com.au for email Webaccess. In turn no easy way for clients to remember the URL for Webmail. No one setting for us knowing what Email Server is being used for Mail Settings i.e. We have to go to EMail Hosting cPanel and check Server Details to get the correct Server Name to pass onto clients. It should be one setting works for all clients (Painful). NEW MEMBER ACCOUNT PASSWORDS: You have removed the password from the Account Setup emails. This removes the capability for us as Resellers to be able to assist clients who have initial login issues. We would have to reset the password and email it to them regardless.Please return to including the passwords in Account Setup emails. Clients can always change them where required when logged in. Support = Generally very good and Reseller Team (& Direct support) always friendly & helpful. Regards Mark

Too many phone calls reminding me that something is due in 6, 4, 3, weeks. 7 days notice is more than enough for me. But I am receiving up to 3 phone calls a day, some when my mother died, during her funeral, during my holiday. Plus emails. Plus phone messages. Sometimes 3 phone calls within an hour. Please just remind us 7-14 days out. Emails are enough. 7-21 days notice is more than enough and only ONE phone call a week.

I find this difficutlto answer. I needed to transfer my website hosting and have been happy with the result.. However, during the process the techs - and that's why they're there, after all - used tech-talk which I didn't understand at all. I had to ask an IT friend to help. It is touted as an easy process, it's not for this user. And that's what I am, a user.

I recently purchased Virtual Server from Crazy domains. It was supposed to be ready in 24 hours, but it took 4 days. I contacted customer service and they tried to help me. Although I gave them 1 star at the beginning, but after the good customer service, I made it 3 star. I am not 100% happy with my experience, but they tried to fix it.

The service is quite good when it is working. It's when there's a technical problem it becomes so frustrating to get a decent solution. It almost seems like the folks in their support department are not trained properly yet they pretend to be experts by making up "solutions", or they blame your computer or the server. Eventually, when the issues are finally resolved (after almost a week of calling and emailing their support department - each time with another "expert" who will come up with another "solution") , they realise that these issues have been caused by a flaw in their system.

Wonderful service people who are ready to help you for anything - fantastic and they are the reason i could not give a lower rate than a 3 But a website needs to have good performance for Google search rating and user experience etc And you had nothing to offer in terms of decent performance at a reasonable price. I had someone review my site and they said the only solution was to move the site to a different host and it was so much better.
