I am please to say that after my initial comment about Crazy Domains, Cathy, the Online Review Manager called to not only apologise for my negative experience with Crazy Domains technical department and spam matter, Cathy called also to remedy my challenges. Cathy's call assured me and her action has restored my faith in Crazy Domains. I have had my email address and URL since 2005, previously it was hosted by Blue Central and subsequently Google. Whilst it was there I had not received spam or junk emails. however I moved my URL and email address to Crazy Domains I was receiving 15 to 20 spam per day...everyday, when I rang your technical to complain, I was informed that they will increase the protector. I would ring the technical department at least 5 times and each time I am informed they will increase the protector, finally after about 6 weeks of same amount of spam and junk mail your technician said that I had subscribed to those spam and junk emails, however if I wanted to stop them I can pay $30 to increase mail box protection. I informed that technician that I have had the email address since 2005 and NEVER had such challenge before moving it to Crazy Domains, I informed him that I believe Crazy Domains has either sold my information to third party or allowed third party to access my data so that Crazy Domains can sell me more products. that is why the cost to move to Crazy Domains are cheaper.
