Crazy domains have a hard working help desk who provide quick and diligent support and feedback which I really appreciate. Prices are good and there is careful managing and discipline of users so there are rarely disruptions due to rogue clients going beyond terms of service usage rules. They provide the "industry standard" c-panel for the clients to install and manage their websites which is great. C-panel is very intuitive - if you can navigate your mac or PC, you won't have a problem with c-panel. Downsides: (1) you need a certain level of experience to manage your hosted website(s) because, at time of writing (Aug 2018), due to rapid growth of the business, not all support staff are fully up to speed. This is likely to improve over time. (2) If you have minimal security requirements for your website you may only need a basic level of https secure hosting. But at time of writing Crazy won't tell you this: they will sell you the commercial level https regardless of whether you need it or not. If you need high level https for your shopping cart website Crazy provides them at reasonable prices and it's not a problem. If you don't then google "free https certificate". There will be a free https provider that is right for you and you can still use Crazy as your host.
