The Global Loyalty Ecosystem can be accessed via API by any computerized system from a smart watch to Point of Sale devices, Enterprise Resource Planning systems, websites, mobile Apps, etc. in order to issue, transfer, redeem, or exchange loyalty points/miles. It is not necessary to use all features, but they are available at no extra cost in case partners wish to extend services at a later time.

The platform is accessed for managers via a Portal with rich functionality for managing partner relationships, as well as setting up, executing, and monitoring campaigns.

Currency Alliance provides customer service via email and phone, but the entire platform is designed to be ´Self Service.´ Most clients never need to talk to support personnel because all the documentation is available to build any type of customer retention or loyalty solution imaginable. Support (if needed) is available in English or Spanish.

There is no cost to register at www.currencyalliance.com and no cost to set up trials or proofs of concept. Currency Alliance does not require any long-term contracts and does not require a minimum monthly commitment.

We charge just 2% of the transaction value processed on our platform. For example, if you buy shoes for $100 and issue $1 in loyalty points, then the cost of this transaction would be 2 cents (2% of the $1 in loyalty points issued).

Partners may trial the platform for free as long as they want. We only start charging very low fees once the solution goes into production and real economic value is transacted with customers.
