SMW from Bellwether Training Thursday, May 2, 2019 #68110 I was an XRM customer so am somewhat spoiled - what a great company! But then XRM got bought by Cyberlink. Fortunately the quality of the support desk is still excellent - they are super-efficient and helpful. But the billing department stinks. I got overcharged twice in a row (by a lot) and was made to feel like an inconvenience for pointing it out.Go with this company for the support - but check your invoices!
