What do you think?

Help other software buyers make informed decisions.

The program itself is good and fairly easy even for amateurs like me. But there are always a few nagging elements that need refinement and that's where tech support comes in.

When we started with dudamobile a few years ago they had phone support which made things a lot simpler. Back then I would have given them 5 stars.

They have since dropped phone support so everything is by email with a lag factor of 2 days or more. That's not particularly customer friendly. The fixes they give you don't always work so you have a series of 48 hour lag times which can go on for weeks.

Phone support is expensive so they probably would need to charge more for that feature. That would be OK with me and well worth avoiding the frustration of having to deal with a series of emails over an extended period of time.
