I agree with many of the other reviews when it comes to the way this company is handling COVID 19. My account has always been in good standing, and I always tip very generously. I'm blessed enough to be working from home. Earnin needs to understand that every worker cant present a time card, because some of us are salaried. Most companies in my field, will not send out memos stating that were working from home. Its the essential workers and people that work from home that are keeping this app running. So I guess Earnin's solution is to drive away people who keeping the cash flowing? Earnin has handled this situation poorly and I will be closing my account. I don't blame the people in customer service because they dont make the rules. It's the people above them who make very thoughtless decisions.

I’ve been a customer for a year and never had issues up until now with the COVID19 pandemic and working from home. My account with Earnin has always been in good standing and still is. During this pandemic, we are all working from home. I am also a salaried employee! I’ve provided proper documentation showing evidence of my work from home order along with My paystub that shows the pay period AND the timesheet of the pay period! Nothing on my account was updated as far as my daily earnings which I am now unable to cash out because I’ve contacted Earnin at least 4 times about my daily earnings to try to get this resolved, and each time it was the same stupid copy and paste answers! Word of advice to Earnin, train your reps to be more competent! I will be closing my account after this pay period!

This company is AWFUL!!! WORST THAN TERRIBLE!! I had it for a few months and just closed it due to their incompentence, injustice and complete lack of support. I am a salaried employee who is currently working at home due the pandemic. My job is not currently providing timesheets because they just don’t. Besides, everyone is working from the house and there is no need to provide a timesheet. As a matter of fact we never had timesheets. What is even worst is that Earnin penalized my earnings because of my inability to provide a timesheet during these difficult times. Very saddening and truly dissappointing!! In times of need instead of supporting they penalize you!! Why can’t I get my regular earnings just because I am not driving to work?? I am so upset!! Is not fair!! I hate this company and I don’t recommend it to anyone! I hope they go bankrupt with this crisis!!

Earnin's demise is here, during this world Corona Virus crisis. They do not know how to stay afloat during all of this. My account was debited from my last withdrawal from them, but the money is not available to me. I am out $450, hundreds of dollars that I NEED. Your dumb AF new "rules" do not apply to me for you to try to verify. I work from home now, like majority of the rest of the world, if you able to keep your job. My Government job will not write a letter to verify employment, to no one. I also work salary, but I have been waiting days to see if any money will be available for me to withdraw. I have used this app for about 2 years. I get paid every 15th and 31st of each month, it never deviates. You guys do not know how to work around this crisis and will not be here after this is over. I am so glad I went ahead and ate this $450 lost, deleted the app and will not have to deal with you ever again!!!
