Eco Web Hosting has been Phenomenal to work with! I live in Japan, and have a hosting account in the States that I have used since I purchased my first domain. I am currently in the process of transferring everything to EWH. The interface is better. The benefits that are included with the hosting packages is a fantastic value. And the level of customer service is so far above that of my provider in the States that I am transferring everything over to them and will be letting my Stateside server just sit and go to waste. EWH is THAT much better!!!

Fantastic all around! Having been a previous customer of Eco Web Hosting back in 2010 I was happy to find that they were still around when I needed hosting services again in 2019. The website is fast and easy to navigate, the staff are super friendly (shout out to Tak on Live Chat) and the price is fantastic. I was up and running the same day. The main reason I searched for them again though is their green credentials. Carbon offsetting, eco-friendly servers and paperless operation. If I can get such a great service and be kind to the planet too then that's a win for me! UPDATE JULY 29 2019 - I had a support issue and Ben was great on live chat and helped with everything I needed. You honestly could not ask for a better team of people to be there.

Amazing hosting company, the price is unbeatable and don't get me started on the uptime. In fact, I'm not sure there has EVER been downtime with Eco Web Hosting. I've never had any issues with my hosting, package options, billing and performance. I would highly recommend Eco Web Hosting to anyone and everyone! I've had very small questions pop up in the past about my hosting and Eco Web Hosting has an amazing support portal. Can't find your answer? That's fine! They also have amazing help via ticket and now LIVE CHAT!! This is an amazing new feature and VERY handy! I had my first "issue" with a hosting package today, nothing major. I hosted my site for a year on their advanced plan, and it was great. No downtime, easy configuration, and the support was fast. My only concern was that the support team was able to (and did) place files on my root directory without permission. But I would have given them permission anyway.
