Wednesday, October 8, 2014 #24017 Carrie Brown from Lakes N' Hearts Clothing I've never been one to write reviews, but after my experience with Elite, I had to say something. I'm used to speaking to companies and being put on the back burner. I mean, I run a small clothing company in Montreal and I don't represent much to most companies. BUT, when dealing with Elite Email, they treat me like I've never been treated before. Their customer service department is just incredible! They are patient, caring and extremely knowledgeable. They take time to help me no matter how big or small my problem is. They give me advice and have always been there when I needed them. I can't say that about many companies. The system is straight forward and simple to use. It's priced wonderfully and I can honestly say it has been a pleasure working with them for the last few months. What an awesome company. I'd recommend them any day of the week!
