Emplify's engagement surveys break down a lot of categories for what employees need to feel most engaged at their workplace. It's very helpful to have things to focus on already interpreted from within the surveys instead of just tallying and averaging results to individual survey questions.

Been with Emplify for 1.5 years. It has been a huge help to our organization in identifying what is working and where we need to focus our efforts towards improvement. The tool itself is very user friendly, the back end analytics are great and the Emplify team does everything they can to support us.

The most helpful part of the platform is the accessibility of the team. We have had many iterations of groupings/groupings change at a moments notice and the Emplify team has been helpful and incredibly responsive. The results give a full, 360 view of the results and offers many different ways to attack "struggles" head on.

The Emplify system is easy to use, provides the ability to drill down on different levels of results and to view the results in many different ways - it's easy to slice, dice and put it all together again. The Smart Pulse provides additional insights. The coaching service provides a great value that is not found in other similar systems. The Action Dashboard gives easy to implement suggestions to help increase area's of engagement that are struggle points. After the next survey you can easily see the impact and make moves to implement additional actions.

We are using this to gauge employee engagement and what is going well or what we can improve on at a point in time. Ultimate strategic goal it is helping us with is finding solutions to increase employee engagement and retention. The ability to have the data in so many slices really helps us drill down to where we can target initiatives.

Fabulous. Friendly and responsive.
Pros: It's inherently user friendly. Easy to navigate and self explanatory.
Cons: No issues to report at this time. Within first 6 months of usage.

Wonderful tool--very user friendly to the admin and employees. Has been a huge help to me as I work with specific audiences to change behaviors or perspectives. The analytics are well presented, and create a compelling story. It provides clarity as to where we need to focus our efforts. The team at Emplify cares about our success and continues to offer valuable insight as we navigate significant change within our organization.

The survey is concise and thoughtful, which leads to high employee response rates. Being able to dig into the data by manager, job type, etc., allows our managers to customize their one-on-one coaching sessions and focus on areas that are most important to their individual teams. Sending the surveys on a consistent and regular basis allows us to watch for trends in a large number of categories, and spot potential problem areas.
