Engage AMS provides the core functionality for event and member management, but we are different in a few ways. #1 - We will work with you to customize the software to meet the needs of your organization. #2 - We pride ourselves on providing best in class customer service. Throughout our partnership, you will have a dedicated project manager serving as your go-to guy. We will get to know you like family and we'll know your website like the back of our hands. #3 - We continually update the software and our clients automatically receive those upgrades for free. You don't have to lift a finger.
Every client has a dedicated project manager for all of the day-to-day communication. The project manager is available during normal business hours and can reached via email, phone, or our project management software - Mavenlink. During non-business hours, we have an extensive FAQ site with a support ticket submission process.
We currently only serve the US.
An annual license starts at $5999. It can be broken down into monthly payments. No long-term contracts are required. There is a $2999 one-time set-up fee.
We do not offer a free trial. However, no long-term contract is required.
