A change in ecommerce policies meant we had to find a reliable PCI DSS compliant host. We looked at a few and among others I spoke to Jennifer Kent who was very helpful. We talked through the options and she provided me with all the information I needed along with putting any fears to rest and provided me with an exceptional service. We started off on a shared host which in the end didn't fully meet our requirements so we have since moved onto a VPS. Again Jennifer was very helpful in answering all my questions and reassuring me the end customers wouldn't notice the switchover, which they didn't. The support has also been top notch with different memebers of the support team dealing with various issues and resolving them fully. All in all, a good team and an excellent service, and they don't cost a fortune either!

EukHost Is Simply The Best in their field. Thanks Jess. I am very satisfied. One thing I know about EUKHOST is that they are too good in what they do. "They are simply the best" for no issue is a problem to them at all, they will get to the root of the problem and dig it out with amazing result. They always want to keep you happy regardless. After when they finish solving your problem they will call you back to make sure you are satisfied and happy. Tell me how many companies out there still do this follow up thing after service? Very rare! I will continue to use them and recommend them to others. Their support is fantastic and all the staff are very friendly and well trained as I always observered. When you call, they don't keep you waiting for long at all, I mean under 2 minutes someone is answering your call no matter how busy they are. Their chart room support is another thumb's up, very efficient. I am not just saying this to think I am advitising for them, not at all. I have been with EUKOST for more than 10 years so I know what I am talking about. When something is best let us call it best and guest what! "They Are Simply The Best".
