With any system change there are hiccups, but after we worked through them the efficiencies we have gained have been unmatched. Easy to use, fantastic capabilities. Brought order to our manufacturing and purchasing processes. We populated FB with a ton of product related data to speed and simplify quoting processes. The product has allowed the management team to rally around a single source of data which is positively impacting the business. Would like to see tabular format excel report downloads to make analysis easier. Could offer a few more options to drive accounting entries to Quickbooks in an easier to trace fashion. Tremendous value for the money and easy to implement .

Our company has been using Fishbowl for over two years now. We continue to be very happy with it's functionality and ease of use. We process a large amount of transactions each day which we export to Quickbooks. The integration with Quickbooks is seamless. In addition, the technical support is always very knowledgeable and helpful. They respond timely to my email requests. I work quite a bit with Travis on the Central Team. He is polite and very helpful. He goes above and beyond to make sure that any issues are taken care of. He even calls to follow up to make sure that the issues have been resolved.

We moved from QuickBooks for inventory control and Fishbowl has been everything promised to us. Great process flow and UI. Very simple and to the point, yet very powerful. Good integration with FedEx and UPS. I wish that the reporting had a bit more customization. Options are limited when it comes to making a report show you the data you want, how you want it. There is an option to pay for a customized report, but I feel that is really nickle & diming the customer. Overall, we have been very happy.

“This is an amazing system that allows you to track…”
This is an amazing system that allows you to track your inventory very well. I believe that it could be even better once we get all the kinks worked out on our end and get all the benefits that we initially purchased up and running. The customer service is great and they can answer about any question you have. The only downfall was that when we first got the software and they sent out a trainer that they didn't really try to listen to how we wanted the software to work with the way we do business. It seemed like they were just teaching us what they have been tought by the book. It was a very in the box training and I feel this is an area they could improve upon. Luckily, we paid for extra training and so that has helped us get through some rough patches. All in all it is a great software for managing your inventory and it was a great decision our company made.

Fishbowl has been able to accomplish great things for us here at Go Natural. We were in a mess and now we are buttoned up and ready to go. Fishbowl allowed us to put a structure on our products and parts. We are much more successful now with it in place.
