A very bad customer service not recommended at all.

Read this ticket to know the quality of hacking they provide to their customers and you be the judge.
My Complaint
[Ticket ID: 760651] site has 404

I created the site antiagingguideblog.com in public_html, created the database and uploaded the database, changed the wp-config.php to match the database credentials. Then logged in my registrar to migrate the dns and waited for the dns, while waiting for the dns, I created the subdomain. Then checked the site and got the message that the site does not exist on the server. I started checking and found the site was in the home directory with a cgi-bin file while all the files of the home directory disappeared. While checking an earlier session was still opened which showed the site files in the public directory not the home directory. The earlier session I quoted in my ticket has this URL https://van-rs12.ispcontrol.net:2083/cpsess8035906512/frontend/paper_lantern/filemanager/index.html?login=1&post_login=5240156980024

It was clear that the site was created in the public directory and not as the person answering the ticket said.

I'm a happy FullHost customer. Their FullPlus Hosting plan is great for my small business, and set up my home based business with their site builder. I have only good things to say about them. Their staff are professional and helped me through the couple issues I had while I was making my site. It's been a smooth ride for me so far!

You can't go wrong with choosing any of FullHost's VPS Plans. I've spent a great deal of time using Linux, so I wasn't needing them to manage the server for me, I just needed a host that was going to provide a reliable VPS and wow it is. In the few months I've been with them, the server is lightening fast and I can't see any downtime in my server monitoring through Pingdom.

I had some bad experiences with a couple previous hosts with my website being down all the time and the support really sucked so I was kind of skeptical when I contacted them. With their 30 day money back guarantee, I thought why not give them a try. So glad I did. Their prices are very good for what you get and my site has never loaded faster. I can't even remember there being a time my site wouldn't load. And whenever I've needed them, they always are there for me. Thanks FullHost!

I have been using FullHost for a few years now, and they do a great job! I started with a Reseller Account, and as my webdesign company has grown, they now do server management for us and we register all our domains with them. Their support team picks up things quickly and helps me with everything I need! Thanks FullHost!
