Horrible customer service. Unexplained account and password lockout issues. Turn around time on tickets vary; more often than not an "ok" turn around time but very bad customer service.

No phone contact or support. Multiple layers of passwords required for different account access with no coherent explanation. Turnaround time for tickets submitted totally unpredictable. Help pages void and unsupported.
