I have been using GoDaddy for over a year. I am very happy with their customer service. In fact, I originally bought a monthly hosting plan, and paid for it for over 6 months. After 6 months it was clear to me that I was never going to use it. When I spoke to a GoDaddy representative they refunded every penny I paid for the plan. You can't get better customer service than that!
