As a renowned retail skincare brand, we wanted to expand our online presence all over India through our website, but our website was having numerous UI/UX issues, and lagging with mobile-friendly features. As a SaaS company in fintech sector, we aimed to aid businesses to identify and validate user information with our stronger fraud and risk management platform, designed through AI/ML. Our motive is to save them from getting prone to fraudulent activities.

Through this project, we intended to have a website that can provide a safe and sturdy solution to our target audience through our well-built AI & ML-based tools.

Our session with Grovention began with the ideation process regarding the workflow model, and within 3 days, we got a response from them. They shared a workflow model attached with a wireframe to visualize our website's first look, and they explained the necessary functionalities that will be performed in a user journey.

After concluding on the wireframe with a few improvisations, we mutually moved forward for the design phase. Their design team was instrumental in bringing a simplified, aesthetic design to the website. After the website was live, there were few bugs addressed, which was fixed by them instantly.

It was pleasant to see the website the way we wanted for our vertical. The design is unique and matches the industry standard. We have checked all the functional elements, and it works fine. Overall, we got a well-researched, scalable, mobile-rich, and easy-to-use website with feature-rich user space and an admin panel.

First, they did in-depth research with respect to competitors present in the marketplace and collected the ideas which were implemented in the build phase to bring unique features to the site.
As our business was intended to have no third-party person interference during the deal between the company and customers, the primary headache was about how to deal with queries that the users generally ask brokers. To make it digital, they used the AI concept to prepare a chatbot with some FAQs which we were asked to prepare by us.
The development phase went successful with functionality testing of different web pages. The final frame is under testing process and soon will go live. They are now working on keywords, to begin with, digital marketing activities.
They followed standard project management strategies to get things done. Their documentation included activities, tools, and people deployed in every phase to specify the project's workflow, which was an easy-to-understand concept for us.

At the project's first meeting, we showed our concern about creating a transparent design plan for the website with features that can help achieve our objectives. In return, they prepared a feature list, including an integrated form to allow our users to contact us directly and submit their queries. We also asked them to emphasize on security of user data, and they made an enormous effort to achieve it accurately. As per the meeting, they had designed a dedicated module for account opening and instant loan sanction facilities. We also worked on integrating APIs for site navigation and dynamic search solution for our users. They have covered almost 90% of the site design and development. Still, the credit check and loan calculator features are pending on the checklist to be covered on our website. Once the website goes live, we will continue with digital marketing services.

They know how to execute the plans with the available resources keeping in mind to achieve the target within the deadline. We learned a lot and feel happy to be a part of their work process. We are available on skype & mails for mutual communication towards project progress.
